  17.      I have just got Turbo C++ v3.0 today and I do not have any clue of how 
  18. it works.  I have some experience in Qbasic but that is nothng compared to 
  19. this stuff. There is so much more to this language than qbasic.  If someone 
  20. would just help get me started I would be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!  All I need to 
  21. know is the basic concepts of how it works and some basic functions like 
  22. printing and writing to reading from files and stuff like that. PLEASE HELP
